STUDENTS VOLUNTEER AND TRAVEL GRANT PROGRAM

Student Volunteers

The application for student volunteers has been closed!

If you are a student, and you are willing to work one day's worth of work during the conference, you can earn a FREE student registration. E-mail our local arrangements chair, Weibin Zhao (zwb-at-cs.columbia.edu) with your availability during the 7 days of the conference. If you are selected, you will be registered, and notified of your duties, which could include checking badges, working at the registration desk, and helping speakers with AV equipment.

Student Travel Grants
There is a limited number of student travel grants available. Students who have a paper accepted at the conference may apply for a student travel grant in the amount of $500. Please send an e-mail to the registration chair Andrew Miller (amiller-at-cs.columbia.edu) before August 15. The e-mail should include your name, university, paper title, and number. We will send acceptance/rejection notifications before September 10.
